Kano Pillars suspends coaches’ interview

Kano Pillars Football Club has suspended coaches’ interview earlier planned for Wednesday for the six shortlisted candidates that applied for the club's Technical Adviser job, Sportinglens.blogspot.com reports.

According to the statement signed by the club’s Media Officer, Idris Malikawa, the club's chairman Surajo Jambul said the interview was suspended after an emergency board meeting at the club’s Secretariat this evening.

The chairman said the board had reviewed the limited time given to the invited coaches to attend the interview, adding that the new date and time would be announced in due course.

He, however, said all the affected coaches have been communicated about the development and thanked them for their understanding.

The six shortlisted candidates for the interview include Emmanuel Amuneke, Salisu Yusuf, Busari Hakeem Ishola, Henry Makinwa, Erol Akay and Usman Shareef Abdullah.
