Wikki Tourists Technical Adviser, Bala Nikyu has decried the poor scoring abilities of his strikers after failing to utilise their scoring chances in their match day 30 of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) against Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS) on Wednesday in Bauchi.

Harrison Madu’s two minutes goal ensured that the Big Elephants secured maximum three points at stake in the match and moved to the 12th position on the log.

The former Katsina United manager said the technical crew will work on their scoring abilities before their next match against Rivers United on Sunday.

Nikyu commended the fighting spirit of ABS which he said was expected.

He also admitted that their next match against Rivers United in the math day 31 would be tough because of the home defeat Rivers suffered in the hands of Sunshine Stars on match day 30 of NPFL, but he was quick to add that his boys are ready for the all important match.

“Coaches make mistakes; players make mistakes, even in Barcelona sometime it happens. So we will work on those mistakes before our next match against Rivers United. I know we will face a tough encounter against Rivers United. I'm not bothered about the result of their game; we are going there all out,” Nikyu said.
