The Technical Adviser of El Kanemi Warriors of Maiduguri Coach Aliyu Zubair believes his team has all it takes to secure victory in their CAF Confederation preliminary game against Dadje FC of Benin Republic.
The first leg encounter is
slated for Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne on Saturday.
Speaking in
chat with football followers on a popular whatsapp platform, Sports connect on
Thursday night, the former manager of Gombe United manager is upbeat about the game.
"We
should be expecting a total victory from El Kanemi Warriors with a good margin
of goals,” Zubair said.
Aliyu added
that the newly signed players have also blended with the old players, an
indication that is expected to give the team an edge.
"It was
not difficult for the new players to get blended with the old ones because El
Kanemi Warriors is a team that is riding on a structure which allows any player
to express himself anytime he is called upon- it's the philosophy and
principles that is moving the players."
