Aggrey relishing Pillars' win over Rangers




Kano Pillars new signing Prince Aggrey has expressed joy over his team’s wining start to the 2016 Nigeria Professional Football League.
Kano Pillars came back from a goal down to defeat Enugu Rangers 2-1 at the Sani Abacha Stadium on Sunday.
Gambo Mohammed scored for Pillars to draw them level after Madu Christian had given Rangers the lead. The homers got the win after Prince Aggrey fired home an injury time winner.
The former Sunshine Stars of Akure defender was full of praise to God for his performance in the game.
“Thank Jesus for d wonderful start to the season. I really want to thank my teammate, the coaching crew and my lovely fans for believing in us,” Aggrey posted on his facebook account.
“”I want to thank my family and my manager for being there for me at all time, she is like a mother to me and all the people of Kano State thank you for your support and love you showed to us today (Sunday).
“”Has the league began may God bless you all, I promise to give you my best at all time because you have really showed us that you guys are with us. My father in heaven I will keep praising your name for the good things you have done for me.”
