Warri Wolves yet to reach deal with Farrell

The management of Warri Wolves has denied the news making rounds that the club has hired the services of former Bolton Wanderers academy director Peter Farrell as the new Coach of the club.
The club’s media officer, Azuka Chiemeka in a telephone conversation with SportingLife, admitted that the club is in talks with the English man but nothing concrete has been reached between The Seasiders and 59-year-old coach.
Chiemeka added that Farrell is being sought after by the club to serve as the team’s technical director as against technical adviser being reported in the media.
SportingLife also gathered the former Brentford first team coach has gone back to England.
“The management has frowned at such news and want to state categorical that though the club is in talks with the former Bolton Wanderers academy director, nothing concrete has been reached between Warri Wolves and the former Bolton coach, but the management believes that when negotiations between both parties have been reached, the news will be officially announced,” Chiemeka told SportingLife.
