Remo Stars General Manager, Ekene Abubakar Adams has denied the allegation that he assaulted match referee Ndubuisi Ukah from Imo State during the botched NPFL home game between Remo Stars and Gombe United, that he earned a ban from the Interim Management Company (IMC).

Remo Stars coach Perez is dead

Remo Stars first team goalkeeper trainer, Muhammed Abdullahi Perez is dead. Perez was unfortunately hit by an unknown bus, driving against traffic on his way home in Ikenne and was rushed to the Olabisi Onabanjo Teaching Hospital where he passed away late last night.

There was pandemonium at the Shagamu Stadium on Sunday during Remo Stars 2-1 win over Wikki Tourists in the match day 15 of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) as the visitors’ head coach Mohammed Baba Ganaru, center referee and a sports journalist, Kelvin Ekerete were allegedly attacked by the home fans.
