FC midfielder Samuel Mathias will be available for selection for Match Day 19
of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) clash against Warri Wolves
this weekend.
The former junior international was not part
of his team for last weekend’s game against Plateau United in Jos where they
played 1-1 draw. He missed the game due to cumulative yellow cards offense.
“I am happy
to be back in the team and I thank my teammates for the away draw last weekend
in Jos,” Mathias said to SportingLife.
The former
Wikki Tourists engine room says he and his colleagues are hot and no team can stop them.
“After our
match against Kano Pillars I know we will get a good result in Jos. Now that we
are playing Warri Wolves on Sunday we are going there with full confidence.
“I am not
under rating Warri wolves but with our present form and the high spirit in our
team we hope to go to Warri and play out our life there,” he said.
