Tourists FC of Bauchi will be without their leading goal scorer, Godwin Obaje when
they host Kano Pillars in the Match Day 22 of the Nigeria Professional Football
League (NPFL) on Sunday at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium (ATBS) in Bauchi.
Obaje, who
has netted 13 goals for his side so far, will be out of the crucial encounter
due to accumulated five yellow cards offence.
The
Bauchi-based side marksman said though he feels bad missing the clash but he is
confident that his colleagues are up to the task to get maximum three points in
the match.
The goal-poacher
believes his side’s position on the league table will still be intact at the end of
the game.
He said coach
Abdu Maikaba tutored-side had good preparation ahead of the northern derby,
stressing that the team is not build on an individual.
