Central defender, Munkaila Musa, has already missed five matches due to a knee injury cupped in their match against Heartland FC of Owerri.

“We are already preparing ahead for our next game against Rangers FC in Enugu. We have four of our key players down with injuries and we are preparing for their replacement. Three of them suffered the injuries in our last game against Plateau United. Although, we are assessing them, but they are not likely to be ready for the game,” Ganaru said to Sportinglens.blogspot.com.

The former Kano Pillars manager is happy with the progress of the team in the league and promised to sustain the tempo.

“The team is okay and I am happy with what we have been able to achieve so far. There is room for improvement and we will see to it that we continue to have better results in all our matches.”
