hit with series of injuries to key players ahead of their Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL)matchday 15 fixture
against Rangers International at the Nnamdi Azikiwe

It was gathered that the
team’s central defender Moses Tsehuan picked up a groin injury in their last
game against Plateau United, Manika Ali, a right full back, sustained a cut on
his cheek while Akwaza Daniel, left full back, is nursing a shoulder injury he
suffered in the same game.

Musa, has already missed five matches due to a knee injury cupped in their
match against Heartland FC of Owerri.
“We are already preparing
ahead for our next game against Rangers FC in Enugu. We have four of our key
players down with injuries and we are preparing for their replacement. Three of
them suffered the injuries in our last game against Plateau United. Although,
we are assessing them, but they are not likely to be ready for the game,”

The former Kano Pillars
manager is happy with the progress of the team in the league and promised to
sustain the tempo.
“The team is okay and I am
happy with what we have been able to achieve so far. There is room for
improvement and we will see to it that we continue to have better results in
