“We take a very much pride in sponsoring Nigerian sports at all levels and the sponsorship of this tournament in Ibeju-Lekki is a reflection of the type of initiatives we’ve been doing across Nigeria. We have been sponsoring this type of events across different states, and we will continue to do so because sports is in our hearts and sponsoring local community events is something we take very much pride of.
"This tournament is very important to us because we love sponsoring this type of initiatives. There are pools of talents in the country but there’s lack of platforms where they can showcase their talents which we are trying to provide through this tournament,” Cuomo said.
