Wikki Tourists media officer, Bala Kurba has revealed to SportingLife that Go Round FC will be a difficult opponent to play against when the team sides meet for the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) opener on January 14, Sportinglens.blogspot.com reports.

Go Round FC is among the four clubs that gained promotion to the NPFL from the Nigeria National League (NNL) last season.
Kurba said his team will be wary of the new comers and prepared very well in order to avoid any form of upset.
Wikki Tourists FC is expected to resume training at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium for the first time since the renovation work started at the stadium.
“Go Round FC is a new team and we don’t know their style of play. So we have to put all efforts to win against them. They are coming into the league for the first time and they will want to do something to announce their arrival. So when you are in a situation like this, what is needed is to prepare very well and do everything to get three points. It is our first league game and it is very important to us,” Kurba said to Sportinglens.blogspot.com.
Kurba also confirmed that the Big Elephants will return to Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium on Monday morning since the renovation work started at the stadium in continuation of their league preparation.
The team has been using Federal Polytechnic football pitch and Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University football pitch respectively for their pre-season preparation.
“The team will resume training tomorrow at ATBS Bauchi by 8am on Monday after two days break. The contractor handling the stadium has told us that all the materials needed for the competition of the stadium is now in Nigeria. So the issue of playing our first league game at the ATBS will depend on the contractor,” he said.
