Nasarawa United set to unveil Bala Nikyu as new coach

Sportinglens.blogspot.com can reveal that Nasarawa United have reached an agreement with Coach Bala Nikyu to become new technical adviser of the club.

A source informed that both parties have finalised the deal and only waiting for the government's final ratification on the choice of the former Flamingoes coach.

The former Katsina united manager left Wikki Tourists at the end of the 2017/2018 season after the expiration of his contract.

It was also learnt that other notable coaches like Godwin Uwua applied for the job before finally settled for Nikyu. 

“There are lots of coaches applied for the job but I think the club may finally settle for Bala Nikyu. The agreement had been reached after a successful negotiation between both parties. Nikyu and other coaches provided good programs for the club but Nikyu is top on the list,” a source confirmed to Sportinglens.blogspot.com.

He added: “As soon as the management receives final approval from the government they will go ahead to unveil Nikyu and present him to the general public. I think the club has good ambition this season and everything is going on as planned.”
