But in a
chat with Sportinglens.blogspot.com, Bosso believes that a win for either clubs in this afternoon encounter will go a long way to boost their chances of escaping relegation.
The former
Abia Warriors manager is confident that his boys have what it takes to win the
match.
“It is going
to be a difficult match but I am confident that we are equal to the task. You
have to understand that both teams are struggling to step out from the
relegation zone and stay comfortable in the league. The two teams have the same
points and tomorrow’s (Saturday) game will be a decider on which team will be
above one another. What is important to us is three points and we have prepared
for it,” Bosso told Sportinglens.blogspot.com.
Ikoh Allah
defeated Borno Armies 1-0 in the first leg encounter in Lokoja and Bosso said
it is a payback time for the Minna-based outfit.
“We have
played them in Lokoja and they were lucky to win by 1-0. It is a payback time
because we want three points. We have played four matches unbeaten and we want
to extend our winning streak. My appeal to our fans is to believe in us and I
am assuring them we won’t disappoint them,” he said.
