The management
of Sunshine Stars Football Club of Akure has announced the signing of former
Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) midfielder, Tope Orelope for the second stanza
of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season, sportinglens.blogspot.com reports.
According to
the club’s media officer, Chris Okunnuwa, Orelope joined the Owena Wave from FC
Ifeanyi Ubah and the club has successfully registered him with the League
Management Company (LMC).
Okunnuwa
added that Orelope’s signing brings Sunshine Stars' mid-season transfer
window recruits to 10 players while the club is still awaiting for the clearance of one more
player.

“After
addressing bureaucratic delay Orelope's contract has finally been deposited
with the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) governing body, League
Management Company.
“The
finalisation of the midfielder's transfer from FC Ifeanyi Ubah brings Sunshine
Stars FC 2016/17 NPFL midseason transfer window recruits to 10 players while
the club await the clearance of one more player,” Okunnuwa said.
