Bazuaye quits Katsina United

By Taofeek Babalola

Sportinglens.blogspot.com can report that Coach Baldwin Bazuaye has left Katsina United.

A source authoritatively disclosed to Sportinglens.blogspot.com that the former Mighty Jets FC of Jos manager, who has been overseeing the team’s training session, gave the players two days break on Friday.

It was gathered that the coach, who has been linked with a move to Bendel Insurance FC, was seen packing his belonging on Friday in preparation to leave Katsina on Saturday morning for Benin.

“Although, I can’t speak for coach but with the look of things it seems he has done with Katsina United. He has been in charge since we resumed from break but on Friday he declared two days break for players without any reasons. Nobody really knows what is going on here, although, he told us to resume on Monday but I don’t think he will come back,” a source told Sportinglens.blogspot.com.

It is unclear whether his action received the club’s blessings as efforts to reach the management for confirmation proved abortive.
