3SC’s Olafimihan, Tambe win Highest Goal Scorer, Best Player, Best Goalkeeper awards

Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan duo of Gafar Olafimihan and Charles Tambe have won all individual awards of the 2020/2021 Nigeria National League (NNL) Super 8 playoff held at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu, Sportinglens.blogspot.com reports.

At the end of the seven days competition Gafar Olafimihan won double awards as he emerged the highest scorer and Best player of the tournament while Charles Tambe adjudged the Best Goalkeeper of the tournament.

Olafimihan and Tambe helped 3SC secured promotion to the elite Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) on Saturday after four years at the lower league.  

Niger Tornadoes, Gombe United, 3SC and Remo Stars were all gained promotion to the topflight league.
