Wikki Tourists unveil Zubairu as new technical adviser

The management of Wikki Tourists FC of Bauchi has officially unveiled Aliyu Zubairu as the team new technical adviser of the team ahead of the forthcoming Nigeria Professional Football League season, Sportinglens.blogspot.com reports.

The club’s media officer Nasiru Kobi told Sportinglens.blogspot.com that the ceremony took place today at the conference room of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium, Bauchi.

He added that the event was attended by the club management, supporters, media and the public.

Sportinglens.blogspot.com reports that the new gaffer signed his new contract with the club last week for one football season.

Zubairu replaced Bala Nikyu who has been with the club since late 2015.

Until his new appointment, Zubairu was the Chief Coach of Akwa United FC.

Zubairu obtained a degree in Physical Health Education, (PHE) at the University of Maiduguri, (Unimaid). He also possesses Diploma in football at the Nigeria Institute for Sports (NIS) Lagos. He has CAF License, B and C and Level four from Brazilian football institute.
