Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan star, Nonso Nbakwe has pleaded with the club’s head coach, Fatai Amoo to allow him play in every team’s game.
Nonso came on from the bench to score an equaliser for Oluyole Warriors in a 1-1 draw with Gombe United in the match day 13 of Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) at the Pantami Stadium on Sunday.
He connected a late free kick played by captain Seun Akinyemi from the right and found the left angle of goalkeeper Emmanuel Fabiyi to silence the home crowd in the 92 minutes.
Nonso expressed joy over his goal and promised to work harder in ensuring that the team ends the season well.
"The goal means a lot to me and it will make me work harder, I want to play every game", Nonso said.
The draw against Gombe United means 3SC got five draws in their last five games since week eight at Katsina United.
3SC are 18th in the NPFL table with 12 points from 12 games in the 13 weeks old league.
