said the club sympathized with Hussein and his family.
“On behalf of El Kanemi Warriors FC, we are sympathizing
with one of our players Hussein Bata who lost his brother. We pray to God
Almighty to give his family fortitude to bear the loss,” Obaseki said to Sportinglens.blogspot.com.
Hussein, the
100 level student of the Department of Education University of Mauduguri, told Sportinglens.blogspot.com
that he will play this weekend’s Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL)
Match Day 22 clash against Abia Warriors in Maiduguri to hounour his brother.
“I will play
for him because he always wants the best of me. I will surely miss him,”
Hussein said.
