Pillars search for Ganaru’s replacement

According to reports, Kano Pillars have began search for a new coach to replace Coach Mohammed Babaganaru.

Reports have it that the management are not happy with the gaffer over the club’s recent results and his lack of control over his players.

Sai Masu Gida were knocked out of the Federation Cup on Wednesday by National League side Prime FC, the result which did not go down well with the club’s chieftains.

“The coach has no excuse for the club’s showing because he has received full support from the management to do his job,” a source informed AfricanFootball.com

“He has also got a free hand so much so that he personally recruited some players, who have since failed to live up to expectations. But after above all, he has lost his control of the players since his return from Nasarawa United.”

Pillars face league leaders Wikki Tourists in the Match Day 23 of the Nigeria Professional Football League this weekend.
