Professional Football League champions Enugu Rangers will hold a victory parade
to celebrate their title success on Saturday, according to club’s official. The club’s
media officer, Foster Chime posted on his social media account that the victory
parade will start from 7am in the morning.
According to
him, the parade will take off from Emene Road through major streets of Enugu to
the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium.
The fans of
the Flying Antelopes are expected to come out in large numbers to cheer the
side during the parade.
The Flying
Antelopes defeated El-Kanemi Warriors 4-0 on the final day of the campaign to
end a 32-year wait for a league title.
The Enugu State
government is yet to announce rewards for the players and officials of the
side.
