Abia Warriors FC has completed the signing of Brazilian
coach Rafael Everton as new manager, Sportinglens.blogspot.com reports.
The club’s media officer, Igwe Onuoha who confirmed the
development told Sportinglens.blogspot.com that the former FC IfeanyinUbah gaffer would be
unveiled next week.
Onuaha said the club’s chairman Emeka Inyama will reveal
more details about his contracts during his unveiling next week.
Everton was in charge of FC Ifeanyi Ubah when the team won
the Federation Cup trophy in 2016 at the Teslim Balogun Stadium after beating
Nasarawa United via penalty kicks.
“Everton is with us now in Umuahia. He arrived in Nigeria on
Wednesday and he has agreed to be our coach next season. He will be unveiled
next week and our chairman will tell more on his contract during the ceremony. I don’t want to say
more on it for now,” Onuoha said to Sportinglens.blogspot.com.
