Niger Tornadoes arrive Lagos for Aiteo Cup final

Players and technical crew of Niger Tornadoes arrived in Lagos on Thursday evening ahead of Sunday’s Aiteo Cup final match, Sportinglens.blogspot.com can reveal.


The Ikoh Allah will face Akwa United at the Agege Stadium on Sunday in an encounter tipped to be one of the most exiting final in recent time.

The club’s technical Adviser, Abubakar Bala confirmed to Sportinglens.blogspot.com that 20 players and six technical crew members touchdown in Lagos for the oldest competition.

Niger Tornadoes knocked out the defending champions, FC Ifeanyi Ubah 4-3 on aggregate in the semi final to set up a final clash with Akwa united who defeated Sunshine Stars of Akure in the second semi final.


SportingLife can report that Akwa United had their last home training at the God’swill Akpabio Stadium on Thursday evening before embarking on the journey to State of Excellence.
