Kano Pillars missing Aggreh, Matthew, Edmund, says Ganaru

Kano Pillars technical adviser, Mohammed Baba Ganaru has admitted that the club is feeling the absence of Prince Aggreh, Emmanuel Edmund and Ifeanyi Matthew. Sportinglens.blogspot.com reports that Aggreh, Matthew, Edmund had travelled to Norway for trials with the hope of signing a professional contracts there.

Ganaru told Sportinglens.blogspot.com that the trio contributions to his side are huge.

“We still have good squad but I can tell you that we are still missing them in our team. They are utility players and always give their best anytime they are available for matches. The club allowed them to go for trials because we want their progress,” Ganaru told Sportinglen.blogspot.com

“There is no doubt that their absence is having an impact on our team but we’ve been able to stabilise the team now. We have good quality players who could fit into their positions but we can’t still ignore their contributions. We have played about three matches without them now and we are gradually adapting into the situation,” added.

The former Nasarawa United manager has also said his team is focus for Sunday’s matchday 28 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) game against Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) FC at the Sani Abacha Stadium.

“We are preparing like any other matches and we are praying to God for victory in the match,” Ganaru said.
