Rio 2016: Colombia play Argentina, Honduras Friendlies for Nigeria Clash

Nigeria's Group B opponents at the Rio 2016 men's football event, the Colombia U-23 team, will play two pre-tournament friendlies games against Argentina and Honduras. Colombia are drawn along with Nigeria, Sweden and Japan in the men's football event for Olympics in Brazil.

According to Colombian Football Federation website, the team led by Professor Carlos " Piscis" Restrepo will take on the Argentine U-23 side on Thursday July 21 at the stadium Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, United States at a time yet to be confirmed.

The second match against Honduras will take place three days later on Sunday July 24 at the Jaime Moron Stadium Cartagena.


Colombia will begin their campaign against Sweden on the 4th of August at the Arena Amazonia stadium in Manaus.
