Swedish
Allsvenskan side BK Hacken have signed Nigeria forward Chisom Egbuchulam on
loan from Enugu Rangers until December.
Egbuchulam
will stay with the ‘Yellow and Black’ until the end of the year having the
first refusal on him with an option of another three years.
Courted by
North African and Scandinavian clubs, the 25-year-old has finally decided to
start his European adventure with the Swedish side.
He had a
break-out year last season in the colours of Rangers as the team won the
Nigeria Professional Football League, their first in 32 years.
Egbuchulam’s
form saw him finish as the second top scorer of the 2015/16 season with 16
goals behind Godwin Obaje.
Super Eagles
head coach Gernot Rohr called him up for the Tanzania and Zambia clash last
year though he did not get to play any of the matches.
