Ogunmodede rates Akwa United high

Head Coach of Remo Stars Football Club, Daniel Ogunmodede says his side played against a good team in the Match day 6 of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL)on Sunday at the Godswin Akpabio Stadium in Uyo.

Newman Musa scored in the 84th minute of the goal through an Ifeanyi Ifeanyi cross to deny Remo Stars a chance of claiming a point on the road.

"We played against a good team and at the end of it all, Akwa United got what they wanted." Ogunmodede.

"We played a normal game and it's one of the things I expected, you play to get a win, lose or draw. We lost today; we will do our homework to get better in our next game."

Remo Stars FC will play their next game at home against Niger Tornadoes FC on Wednesday at the Gateway International Stadium, Sagamu.
