Football Federation (NFF) have announced Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium,
Port Harcourt as Super Eagles home venue for the 2018 World Cup qualifiers. NFF
President, Amaju Pinnick divulged that the Federation has settled for Port
Harcourt as the Super Eagles permanent home ground for the World Cup
qualifiers.
However, in
recent times the NFF culture is to rotate the three-time African champions home
games across the country, the process which the Super Eagles players have
disagreed with.

will play our 2018 World Cup qualifiers from November at the Adokie Amiesimaka
Stadium in Port Harcourt," the Federation boss divulged.

will begin the qualifiers campaign away from home on October 3rd at Zambia.
Eagles will play her first home game on November 7th as they hosts Algeria on

matchday of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers next month (September).
Pinnick
added; "We will play our 2017 Afcon tie against Tanzania in Port Harcourt
next month as dress rehearsal for November game. I believe this decision will
help our team get familiar with the pitch ahead of the World Cup qualifiers. As
a board, we want to do everything possible to make our qualification for 2018
