It’s
reported Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain have agreed a deal for midfielder
Blaise Matuidi. The French international had already agreed a contract with the
Bianconeri, and the two clubs met in Monaco today to try and work out a
transfer fee.
Now Premium
Sport is reporting that a deal has been reached, and Matuidi is effectively a Juventus
player.
The outlet
claims PSG have accepted an offer of around €22m, plus another €2-3m in bonuses
for the 29-year-old.
Reports
earlier today suggested that the Old Lady were €5m away from a deal, so it’s possible
the bonuses are a compromise between the two parties.
It was
reported earlier this week by French sources that Matuidi has agreed to a
four-year contract worth €4.5m per season.
