Ibrahim welcomes Lobi Stars match postponement

Wikki Tourists FC captain, Mustapha Ibrahim (MON) has said that the postponement of their Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) Matchday 30 clash against Lobi Stars earlier scheduled for Sunday is a welcome development. He stated this today shortly after their morning training at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium Bauchi.

Mustapha admitted that he and his colleagues are still trying to recuperate from the shock of the last match defeat to Akwa United, stressing that the postponement will give them time to get over the bad memory and prepare well for the next game.

He added that their four key players who are in the NPFL all Stars national team to Spain will return with a lot of experience to boost the morale of other players in the team.

Mustapha assured that Wikki Tourists will be back on the top of the league table as he appealed for more support and prayers for the team to achieve its desired goal.
