that El Kanemi Warriors have fortified its squad with the signing of Yahuza
Bala from Sunshine Stars FC of Akure.
The club’s Technical Adviser, Isa
Ladan Bosso confirmed to Sportinglens.blogspot.com that Yahuza signed a
one-year-deal with the Borno Army.
Bosso added that the club brought in
the attacking midfielder to add bite to his squad in a bid to challenge for
league title this season.
The former Flying Eagles coach also
informed that the club will bring in another striker before the end of
mid-transfer window while six players would be placed on transfer.
The club had already signed Chibuzor
Okonkwo and Dele Olorundare.
“We have intention of bringing in four
players during the mid-transfer window and we have three players already. And
we will still sign another striker before the close of the transfer window.
Also, some players will give ways for the new players and six players have to
go. We have ambition and we are ready to pursue it till the end,” Bosso said to
Sportinglens.blogspot.com.
Players and officials of the team are
expected to resume on Thursday after one week break.
