Bode Daniel prays for luck against Wikki Tourists

By Taofeek Babalola

Shooting Sports Club of Ibadan striker, Bode Daniel is seeking for divine favour when his side face Wikki Tourists in the matchday 27 of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) clash on Sunday at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba Ibadan.

The former Crown FC of Ogbomoso striker believes that the team is playing well but ill-luck is affecting them.

Bode revealed to Sportinglens.blogspot.com that the team’s problem is their inability to convert scoring chances to win games.

He insisted that he and his colleagues will not relent in their efforts to get the job done for the team’s survival.

“Our first problem is that we don’t score goals to win games. We are playing well both home and away, creating chances but we don’t usually utilise it. We are training well but we just don’t get to the back of the next when it is necessary. We are resolute, resilient, calm and above all we are praying for luck in front of goal. We know the situation and we shall continue to work hard and get things done,” Bode said to Sportinglens.blogspot.com.
