United are
willing to place £183million on the table alongside their prized asset De Gea
in order to tempt the Spanish giants into parting with two of their elite
names, according to reports in Italy.
Ronaldo is
believed to want to leave Spanish football after becoming embroiled in
tax-fraud speculation and perceiving a lack of support from his club as a
result.
The news of
Ronaldo's potential availability has put United on red alert, with Old Trafford
chiefs desperate to bring their former player back to the Premier League.
Madrid had
initially slapped a huge £350m price tag on Ronaldo in a bid to ward off interest
from those clubs in a financial position to afford him, namely United and
French giants PSG.
But Madrid
are known admirers of United goalkeeper De Gea and have courted the Spaniard
for the past few transfer windows.
United are
also heavily interested in bringing Morata to English shores, and look prepared
to part with De Gea in order to pull off the enormous transfer coup.
Any
potential move which sees De Gea move to Madrid however will have big
implications over in Italy, particularly for AC Milan.
