Abramovich gives Moses Hublot watch for wining EPL title

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has showered Super Eagles winger Victor Moses and his Chelsea teammates a club-branded Hublot watch in commendation for last season’s achievement in the English Premier League.

The watches are from official club 'timekeeper' Hublot and came in a Chelsea-branded presentation boxes.

Moses and his colleagues were presented with a £9,000 official club watch each and it came with a message to thanking them for 'creating history'.

A note message from Chairman Bruce Buck said: “On behalf of Mr Abramovich and also on behalf of the board of directors of the club, congratulations on creating history during the 2016/17 season. It's been a campaign to remember. Keep the blue flag flying high.”

Moses, who was integral part of Antonio Conte squad last season won the EPL title with his colleagues. The Nigerian International resumed training session on Monday with the rest of the squad.

The club do have their own special edition line of timepieces with Hublot. There are only 200 of the 'Classic Fusion 45 Chelsea Football Club L.E.'. They retail for £9,000 and have the Chelsea lion on the face.

The marketing material describes the watch features as: a 45mm satin-finished and polished titanium case and bezel, powered by calibre HUB1143; twin counters at three and nine o'clock; a date window at six o'clock; a sapphire case back; and a blue dial, inspired by the club's colours.

The watch is water-resistant to 50 metres (5ATM) and comes on a black leather strap with a blue rubber lining and trim, with a stainless steel buckle clasp.
