The general secretary of NFF, Mohammed Sanusi, has told AfricanFootball.com the country’s Olympic team will open training camp on Saturday.

The Dream Team VI were billed to resume camp on Monday, but according to Sanusi the team's break was extended.

"The under-23 (team) have been in camp; they only had a break and they are resuming this week," he disclosed

"It was while they were in camp that they travelled to Brazil, where they played against Brazil and defeated them 1-0.

“So, immediately they came back, they went for a break and now, this week, they will resume training."

The draw for the Olympic football event holds on April 14.
