Biffo down with typhoid fever

Niger Tornadoes technical adviser, Abdullahi Biffo is seriously down with typhoid fever.

Biffo was expected to conduct a screening exercise for the new invited players on Friday but it was postponed due to his ill-health.

The former Kogi United manager confirmed that he has been down for the past five days as he called on family and friends to pray to God on his behalf to survive the sickness.

“Family and friends help me pray to survive this typhoid fever. I am seriously down since five days, bear with me if am not responding to your calls and messages. It started from Zaria during our federation cup match. I was not on the bench in Zaria,” Biffo said.

On the screening exercise, he said the names should be ready by Tuesday.

“We have not concluded. We have Monday and Tuesday to pick the one we need. The name will be ready by Tuesday.”
