Prime Football Club, has stated their readiness ahead of the new season as the technical crew named its final 30-man squad ahead of the 2015/2016 Nigeria National League.
The 'Believe and Achieve' side, expressed confidence in the
30-man list released by the technical crew in a statement signed by the club's
spokesman, Tunde Shamsudeen.
The team stated that the quality of the players recruited
will help the club to secure promotion to the Nigeria Professiona Football
League at the end of the season.
The recruited players include versatile right full-back
Rafiu Salaudeen, from Gray's International FC, Femi West from Oke Ado United,
and the duo of Tunde Olawale and Nurudeen Lateef from Gray's International FC.
Others are Success Makanjuola from Teap FC, Abuja, Tosin
Olabode from Ekiti United, Sunday Taiwo from Kwara United, Sunday Nyeayeh from
Kogi United, and the duo of Chukwudi Jatto and Ikenna Ibezim moved from Bussdor
FC of Owerri.
The Omoluabi Giants also recruited 16-year-old wonder-kid
Rasheed Adam from one of the grassroots team (City Roller FC) in Oshogbo, Lekan
Agunloye from Bayelsa United, Adeyemi Adeyeye from Remo Stars, Victor Okeji
from Bayelsa United, and Ewejobi Azeez from Achievers FC.
The old players who were named include captain Olapade
Waheed, as well as Olalere Akeem, Bisi Olagunju, Lekan Oseolohun, Taofeek
Yakub, Olusola Akilapa, Soji Olaojoyetan, and Damola Fakayode.
Others are goalkeeper, Ayo Ojo, Moroof Olasupo, Sileola
Hammed, Olaiya Azeez, Abdulsalam Azeez, Thomas Adesina and Kehinde Adebayo.
Shamsudeen further stated that the team isn't done yet for
the new season, that the crew will work on sticking together old and new
players of the team, as the expectations heading into the new season remain the
same.
